Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love your items and are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your products purchased from innisfree online, you may return/exchange any item within 30 days in its original condition – packaging must be sealed, unopened, and in a saleable condition.

Please note the following conditions:

  • If items purchased are part of a set, they must be returned as a whole set.
  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with the change of mind return will not be covered by innisfree.
  • Products purchased with innisfree online cannot be returned to stores and must be returned via post, along with proof of purchase. Contact our Customer Service team if further assistance is required.
  • If the products you received were damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange of the products. Please contact our customer service and we will be able assist you through the process.
  • innisfree will not offer a refund or exchange if products are opened and/or used.
  • If an order has already been packed and dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel this for you.


The Returns Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service for details on return/exchange

Please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the returns process and as to what details are required, including your order number and proof of purchase. Please include the items you would like to return/exchange in a return parcel.

Please note, we cannot accept returned goods if we believe they have been used or are no longer in a re-sellable condition.

Step 2: Return the Product/s

Product/s must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery (with the exception of being faulty or damaged). Please ensure that the returned parcel is sealed and you have completed all required details. Please provide clear instructions to our Customer Service team on whether you require a refund, exchange or a replacement and the product you wish to exchange.
