Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love your items and enjoy your INNISFREE order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your products purchased from INNISFREE Australia online, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days provided it is in original condition.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • Product packaging must be sealed, unopened and in a resaleable condition to be eligible for a return, unless in the case of a faulty or damaged product, or allergic reaction.
  • If items purchased are part of a set, they must be returned as a whole set.
  • Shipping costs associated with change of mind returns will not be covered by INNISFREE.
  • Products purchased with INNISFREE online unfortunately cannot be returned to stores and must be returned via post, along with proof of purchase (please contact our customer care team if further assistance is required).
  • If products purchased from INNISFREE online are received damage or faulty, please let our customer care team know to help resolve this for you as soon as possible.
  • INNISFREE will not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind if products are opened and/or used.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it for you. Should you need assistance with returns once your order arrives, please reach out to our customer care team.


How to return with INNISFREE online:

Step 1: Contact our customer care team
Please check that you meet the above return conditions and contact our customer care team, detailing your order number and the item/s you wish to return/exchange.
Please note, we cannot accept returned goods if we believe they have been used or are no longer in a resaleable condition.

Step 2: Send us your item/s
Repackage your product/s securely and return to your local Australia Post branch for delivery – if you have been issued a returns label, please ensure this is printed and stuck to your parcel to be scanned.

Please note that INNISFREE will not be responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

For allergic reactions, please discontinue use of the product and contact our customer care team as soon as possible in order for us to assist you.
