After shampooing, gently ring out damp hair to remove any excess water. Coat with a generous amount of product, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. Leave in for 3-5 minutes before rinsing out with lukewarm water.

The Strength Treatment can be used in place of or alternating with conditioner.
