After cleansing, apply an individual strip across the nose whilst skin is still damp, leaving for 15 minutes. Once the strip essence has fully absorbed, gently peel away from the edges, holding skin around the nose to avoid pulling. Follow with your usual skincare routine, and repeat once a week or less, as required.

We recommend you apply these nose strips onto lightly damp skin to avoid discomfort from pulling or tearing.
