After cleansing, apply 'Step 1' strip across the nose whilst skin is still damp. After 15-20 minutes, gently peel away from the edges, holding skin around the nose to avoid pulling.

Follow with 'Step 2' strip, applying onto damp skin and leaving for another 15 minutes. Once the strip essence has fully absorbed, gently remove.

Finish with 'Step 3' strip, removing after 10-15 minutes, and following with your usual skincare routine.
